Its goal was to evaluate the efficacy of single, 10-minute digital interventions in alleviating symptoms of depression among a cohort of 7,500 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are honored that our work was included among the tested interventions and are even more delighted by the researchers&#8217; feedback.
